In response to the move to the Covid 19 Protection Framework RED (Traffic Light System) Te Awamutu Golf Club's "no vax no entry" policy will be implementing changes required in this setting. As of Monday 24 January 2022, the following will apply: CLUBHOUSE - BAR & SHOP - Masks are mandatory in the clubhouse - and may be removed once seated.
- Vaccine Passes are still required for entry into the clubhouse - all our staff are vaccinated
- All people must be seated and there will be no more than 100 seats available - any more than this, we cannot legally serve you.
- Everyone must scan via the Covid QR code at entry points
- Everyone must socially distance at all times on and off the course
- Use the hand sanitisers
TOILETS - Masks to be worn in the toilets - this is mandatory
- Wash your hands and use the hand sanitisers
GENERAL - Our "no vax no entry" policy still applies
- The environment and legislation are constantly changing and the Management Committee will continually monitor and adapt this policy when required
- Always wear your mask in the clubhouse, toilets and anytime you are not seated in the clubhouse
- Have your Vaccine Pass ready to be verified
- Remember your health and safety is our first priority - therefore we are providing a safe environment so you can enjoy your golf.
- Be kind to our staff as they help you to adapt to these changes
